Wherever you are, we come to you. Whether it be at a home overlooking the ocean, a remote cabin, a yacht at anchor, a private retreat, or an island, we'll travel across the Sunshine Coast and beyond. Boat-in, fly-in, or off-grid? No problem. If you can get there, we can create there.
The Experience
Every table is omakase, a chef curated personalized, multi-course meal using the freshest, seasonal ingredients. You don’t choose the menu, you set the tone. We ask for allergies, preferences and dislikes, then we design a hyper-seasonal, locally sourced, and highly creative menu, built specifically for your group, your setting, and the moment. No two experiences are the same.

You’re paired with an executive-level chef, selected specifically for your experience. Every chef in the collection has spent years leading kitchens in some of British Columbia’s most respected restaurants and resorts. They’ve built menus, led teams, and delivered under pressure. Now, they bring that same level of precision, creativity, and calm execution directly to your table.
From the first idea to the final plate, everything is handled. Menu design, ingredient sourcing, on-site preparation, service flow, full clean-up. You’re not hosting, managing, or coordinating. You’re present and enjoying the experience.
